Plant Growth Promoting (PGP) Activities of Rhizobial Isolates from Sesbania bispinosa in Response to Pesticides

The aim of this study was to investigate the impact some pesticides on plant growth promoting activities Rhizobium spp. isolated from Sesbania bispinosa. Sustainability and environmental safety agricultural production relies eco-friendly approaches like use biofertilizers, biopesticides crop residue return. promoters (PGP) emphasize need for further strengthening research their in modern agriculture. PGPs inhabit rhizosphere nutrients root exudates. On return, they help increase through soil nutrient enrichment by nitrogen fixation, phosphate solubilization, siderophore phytohormone production, etc. Using pesticide/insecticide field may protect plants undesirable organisms, however, if accumulated habitat adversely affect development non-target lives rhizobacteria. present performed demonstrate influence rhizobial isolates bispinosa known as green manure among farmers Bangladesh. It observed that two pesticides/insecticides (Imitaf 20SL Tilt 250EC) vitro shows variable effect isolates.
